Castaway to Villa Jable (villa code: WV JAB), an intoxicating 6-bedroom villa nestled high up in the hills in Petite Saline, St. Barts. Fully-renovated after Hurricane Irma, this spectacular island home offers sophisticated living and breathtaking sunset views.
The contemporary interiors at Villa Jable reflect its new identity. Formerly Villa Sky, this home enjoys gorgeous, vaulted ceilings, earthy woods throughout, and modern décor. The sleek and natural style of the home blends perfectly with the surroundings, with expansive outdoor living spaces that immerse you in the astonishing views.
In the living room, there are several comfortable and overstuffed sofas, inviting you to relax each day. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon nap, this is the space to do it. The entertainment center holds a large flat-screen TV for those nights you’d prefer to stay in and relax with a movie.
The air-conditioned gourmet kitchen at Villa Jable connects with the living room and is perfectly equipped for a chef. Sleek cabinetry and high-end appliances make cooking here a pleasure. With space for the whole group, preparing meals together can turn into a highlight of your stay.
Behind the living room is the dining table, with seating for up to twelve guests. Alternatively, there’s a second dining table outside underneath a small gazebo.
The bedrooms inside Villa Jable are quiet, private, and comfortable, each accessed from the outside. There are two master suites on the main level, one behind the living room, and the other near the entrance. This second master connects with the third bedroom on this level, a guest suite. All three rooms enjoy plush king-sized beds, U.S. satellite channels, Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
The other three bedrooms are on the lower level. Two come with Euro king-sized beds, while the third has a pair of twin beds that can be made into another king. One of these rooms is also wheelchair accessible.
The luxurious outdoor spaces continue when you descend onto the lower level as well. The large deck is ideal for sunbathing by one of the two swimming pools here. One of the pools is shallow, ideal for kids, while the other is 45 feet long for those who want to swim laps. Both are heated and get great sun throughout the day.
Venturing outside Villa Jable down the hill is also rewarding. Lorient Beach is quiet and calm, a great choice for families. The beach at nearby St. Jean is also fantastic.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
